Home Run Vending Services has been in business for 27 years.
What happens if something goes wrong with the machine?
When a machine malfunctions, we address issues within 2 business days.
What types (make and model) of equipment do you use?
We use numerous types of machines, equipment, including latest technology
Do we have to pay for the vending machine?
In most circumstances, there is no charge for vending machine, unless vending is handled internally.
Can we use your services without the maintenance plan?
Services can be provided by us with or without maintenance plan.
Can I buy the machine and stock it myself?
Yes, You can buy machine and stock it yourself
What are the features of each of your machines?
Features of machines include credit card readers, LED Lighting, Sure Vend Guaranteed product drop and other technology.
What is the brands/list of vending products I have to choose from?
We have use numerous products, including school compliant and non compliant.
What types of healthy products will be stocked in the machines?
Many healthy options available, many are approved by the federal smart snack program, which schools must abide by.
How often can I change/update my vending product selections?
Product selections can be changed and updated as needed.
How much product can each of your vending machines hold?
Average beverage and snack machines can hold 500-700 product items.
How often should I anticipate I will need to reorder/restock my vending machine?
Vending machines can be restocked as needed.
What happens to the products that are not sold and/or expire?
Expired products are removed.
How does Home Run Vending Services compare to other companies offering healthy vending?
As a locally owned and operated company, Home Run Vending Services works harder than any comparable company to meet the needs of its customers.
What training have you received?
Home Run Vending has over 27 years of experience with trained technicians.
If we have a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a healthy vending machine?
We prefer to be the exclusive vendor at an organization, but can be flexible and review individual circumstances.
Do we have to sign an agreement?
We do not require a signed agreement, but can provide one in certain situations.
